Serving the component school districts of the Capital Region BOCES, St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES, Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES, Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, Champlain Valley Educational Services and Questar III BOCES, our services include:

Support for Finance Manager Payroll, Human Resources, Negotiations, Budget Projections, Remote Requisitioning, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Bidding, General Ledger, Revenue, and GASB34 Reporting modules utilizing the latest in database technology.  The system includes a user-friendly report writer, a customizable report writer within Human Resources and FM Reports that also interface directly with MS-Excel. 

An interface from FM to PDP Timekeeper Software, Omni, Subfinder, and EDS Bidding is also included. 

The FM service provides initial and ongoing training and workshops, as well as, telephone and onsite support.  The Finance Manager Software can be delivered via the Internet from a server located at the Northeastern Regional Information Center, on an NT server located in the district, or a stand-alone PC running Windows NT.

EMAP Financial Accounting, a complete business management system that can be operated in-house.  Subsystems include accounts payable, general ledger, requisition and purchase order processing.  Payroll/Personnel, a complete system of payroll and personnel management that can be operated in-house using a variety of distributed data processing hardware/software platforms.
